I am borderline disappointed in this. Maybe it's my fault for not paying better attention to the dimensions of this scooter. I bought it for my now 4 year old daughter and it's still too big for her. I liked that it was not all plastic but the plastic is still the main material on this and it seems a bit cheaply made. the handle bar is extremely hard to turn and causes the scooter to fall over. The brake is too difficult to operate for a four year old (ok, that's not the scooters fault) and the grab handles are turning and I cannot get the tight. So, in all, it's for older kids. However, even I myself have a very hard time riding this thing due to the handle not turning how it should.
