Original Big Wheel 16 inch Trike "Spin Out Racer" with Hand Brake Review

My son is turning 4 today. He loves the new Big wheel. It is much higher quality than the cheaper off name brands and should hold up for a long time. I am very pleased, but expect the following.
He is 40 inches tall and this Big Wheel was not a good fit for his size. I duct taped wooden blocks to the pedals and drilled new holes for the seat about an inch farther forward on the frame... and now it works great. 10 minutes in modification.
Build time was 30 minutes. You need a hammer, block of wood and phillips screw driver.
The instructions were not the easiest to follow, but if you are mechanically inclined it will make sense.
Difficult areas: threading steel axle through inperfect plastic frame mold. It was a close fit, but required some forcing.
Wheel installation, same issue with the steel axle, I suggest squeezing the white wear washers in after wheels and body are assembled. That gives you a little more "wiggle" room when lining everything up. Steering mechanism screws seemed slightly short and there is a small amount of play in the steering.
