My english isn't so well, so I will only say some details about this awesome "toy".Physic details of Billy are impressive, it looks like it's painted by hand.
The quality of the sound of the phrases isn't so well, but it doesn't matter because the laughing is so real and so scary.
The tricycle is cute and funny.
Billy is very well protected by the box, I live in Chile (south america) and the toy arrived from EEUU in perfect conditions because the box does a good job.
To have a mini replica of Billy on his tricycle es unpayable. I love it.
I think it's a beautiful collection toy for Saw fans like me. I put it beside my Desktop PC
