I recently bought this Little Tikes Patrol Car and was quite disappointed with it. Although it is durable and had the potential of being a lot of fun for my 21 month old son, it was too small for him. The toy is recommended for kids between the ages of 1 1/2 -5, and there is no way this can be true. He is about 33 inches tall, and weighs 28 pounds. Even with the floor board removed, his head almost touches the top of the car. It is also very narrow, leaving him little room to move or turn the steering wheel. I figure, if my son really wanted to, he could play with this for a couple of months, but then it's off to storage for our next child.
