TriCycle with Mindy Mylrea: Three Complete Workouts Review

This is a tough one to review. As far as usefulness for me, it is a 1-star. For someone else, it might be 5-star. So I averaged it out to a 3-star rating.
The description made it seem like the DVD takes you through scenery as well as a workout. It claims to be "jam packed with enough hills, flats, and intervals to last workout after workout". Yet she simply sets her stationary bike in three different locations. She stays on her stationary bike the entire time and talks the entire time. There are no roads or paths or changing scenery (other than some people walking in the background, etc).
If you are looking for something along the lines of an aerobic video approach where someone takes you through a workout and you just follow along, this might be your cup of tea. But if you're looking for a simulation of a riding environment to keep things interesting, this is definitely not it.
